One of my favorite things about creating is being presented with a challenge.

If you've ever looked at something and thought, "I wonder if you can make this..." there's a good chance I'm going to be excited to figure it out. I genuinely love helping bring ideas to life, especially when they're unique, personal, or something I've never created before.

Because of that, I do accept custom projects. However, custom work is very different from ordering an item that is already listed on my website.

The products you see on my website have already gone through the design, testing, and refinement process. I've worked through the details, perfected the workflow, and know exactly what it takes to complete them efficiently. Custom projects begin with a blank slate, which means additional time is needed for planning, design, testing, communication, and sometimes problem-solving along the way.

What does that mean for you?

First, don't hesitate to ask. Even if you don't see exactly what you're looking for on my website, I'd love to hear your idea and see if it's something I can create.

However, custom projects may require:

• Additional design and development time

• Longer production timelines

• Additional communication and approvals

• Pricing that differs from similar products already listed on the website

Because my website products have already been developed and scheduled into my workflow, they will always take priority in my production queue. This allows me to continue serving customers efficiently while still making room for special projects when possible.

For custom orders, production time begins only after all project details have been finalized and approved. When I provide a completion date, that estimate assumes I have received the information, artwork, wording, measurements, photos, or other materials needed to begin. Delays in receiving information or changes during the design process may affect the timeline.

A deposit is required for all custom projects. Custom work requires dedicated design time that cannot be recovered once it has been invested. Deposits allow me to reserve that time for your project while continuing to serve all of my customers well.

My goal is always to help whenever I can. While I may occasionally need to evaluate whether a project is the right fit for my schedule, skills, or timeline, I never want you to be afraid to ask. Some of my favorite creations have started with a simple question:
